GENERAL

The apartment is available from 16.00 pm on arrival day and should please be vacated by 10.00 am on the day you leave. The swimming pool is normally open from the beginning of May to mid October.

 

CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (COVID-19)

 

In order to confirm your booking we kindly require a deposit of Euro 100 per week of your stay, which On receipt of this payment we shall send confirmation of your booking  with detailed driving instructions.l be deducted from the total balance. The confirmation deposit is non-refundable unless the Italian government restricts travel to Italy due to COVID-19 for the period of our stay. Only in this case we will be able to issue you with a VOUCHER for the amount you have already paid.

 

 

BALANCE PAYMENT

 

The balance should be paid within 30 days from the date of your arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The confirmation deposit will not be refunded should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 50 % of the total price will be refunded up to 7 days before arrival date (on condition that the final balance has already been paid). There is no refund for cancellations 7 days or less before arrival date.
